IT Service Lead/Remote/£525 - 625 p/day

We are urgently looking for an IT Service Lead with Financial Services experience to commence a contract assignment on a fully remote basis starting straight away.

All interested candidates must have exceptionally strong ITSM tools knowledge (specifically ServiceNow).

My client is not wanting a ServiceNow Administrator/Architect, but they do need someone that understands the key features like Dashboards, Alerts, Call Flows etc. and how they are set up.

This assignment will require management of some of my clients' key external partners and so will need someone who has excellent stakeholder management skills and experience.

Exceptional knowledge of ITIL is another key requirement of the role. Having an in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures, with a strong understanding of the ITIL service life cycle and its five stages is a must.

Due to the nature of the environment operating within, candidates with a strong technical proficiency will be required; we are wanting experience of the most commonly used technology stacks, inc. Azure, AWS, CRM solutions, Payment Services, Office products (M365), and Microsoft.
