Manhattan Consultant - Spain (Contract)

Location: Remote Country: Spain Rate: Euros 700 per day
 

We are a leading global consulting firm specialising in supply chain management solutions, with a focus on optimizing warehouse operations. Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative strategies and technologies to help our clients achieve peak efficiency and profitability in their logistics networks.

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Manhattan Consultant to join our team in Spain. As a Manhattan Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and optimising Manhattan Associates' supply chain software solutions for our clients across various industries. This is a remote position based in Spain with travel to some major Spanish cities on occasion. Fluent Spanish and ideally English.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Design and implement solutions using Manhattan Associates' supply chain software suite, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Configure and customize Manhattan software to meet client-specific needs and workflows.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide training and support to client teams on the effective use of Manhattan software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience implementing and configuring Manhattan Associates' supply chain software solutions, particularly Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and ideally English is required.

Remote role based in Spain with some travel - 6 months.

Day rate circa 700 euro per day
