Business Analyst Skills: - Defining process flows, system integration patterns, BPMN/DMN diagrams, eg Visio
- Working understanding of Agile, specifically use of Jira and creation of Epics and User stories
- Backlog creation & management
- Experience being part of Daily stand-ups
- Stakeholder management/interviews

- Designing an operating model
